About this item
Whole shellfish on the shell, each one carrying a thick round nugget of white muscle and a bright orange coral still attached. The muscle is firm and sweet with a springy snap; the coral is softer, richer and faintly nutty. They grill, sear or steam in minutes and are best eaten while the centre is still just opaque.

Storage & handling
Keep frozen at -18°C or below and cook within the date on the pack. Thaw overnight in the fridge rather than on the bench, and use it straight after thawing. The dried squid keeps in a sealed jar in a cool, dry cupboard.
Delivery & returns
Every order is packed in an insulated box with a cold pack and sent tracked, anywhere in New Zealand. You will get a tracking link as soon as it leaves the cold store.
If a parcel arrives damaged, thawed or short, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will sort it out.
